Step-by-Step Ordering Guide
Placing a commercial order with Stable is simple and transparent. Here's exactly how it works from first contact to final delivery.
Step 1 — Browse & Select
Review our product catalogue or browse stable-eg.com. Note down the product names, product codes, quantities, dimensions, and your preferred powder-coat colours.
Step 2 — Submit Your Inquiry
Send your project brief to info@stable-eg.com or fill in the B2B inquiry form on our website. Include: product codes, quantities, dimensions, preferred colours, delivery address, and timeline.
Step 3 — Receive Your Quote
We respond within 1 business day with a detailed pro-forma invoice including unit price, production lead time, delivery cost, and payment terms.
Step 4 — Confirm & Pay Deposit
Sign the pro-forma invoice and pay a 50% deposit to begin production. We accept bank transfer and Instapay.
Step 5 — Production & QC
Your order is manufactured entirely in-house at our Cairo workshop. We send photo updates at key milestones — frame welding, powder coating, and final QC inspection.
Step 6 — Delivery & Balance
Balance (50%) is collected on delivery. Free delivery in Cairo for orders over 20,000 EGP. Installation of anchored furniture available on request.
No Minimum Order
We accept single custom pieces and large bulk orders alike. No minimum order quantity.
