How does the payment system work?

For orders up to 150,000 EGP, pay a 50% deposit online at checkout to confirm your order and secure your production slot. We start manufacturing immediately. The remaining 50% is collected in cash on delivery. For orders over 150,000 EGP or custom specifications, submit a quote request from the product page — we will send a full quotation with pricing, specs, and payment steps.

Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

No minimum. We manufacture single custom pieces as well as large project orders of 500+ units. Our catalogue products start from 2,100 EGP.

How long does production and delivery take in Egypt?

All Stable products are made to order. Standard production lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on order size and configuration. Once your deposit is paid, production begins immediately. Our team confirms your exact delivery date before dispatch.

Do you deliver across Cairo and Egypt?

Yes. We deliver to all areas of Greater Cairo including New Cairo, Maadi, Heliopolis, Sheikh Zayed, and 6th of October, as well as other governorates across Egypt. Free delivery applies to orders over 20,000 EGP within Cairo.

Is this furniture made in Egypt or imported?

Every Stable product is manufactured entirely in-house at our workshop in Helwan, Cairo. We use high-grade carbon steel and solid wood sourced locally — no imported components, no customs delays, no supply chain risk. Built in Egypt, for Egypt's climate.

Can I order custom dimensions or a non-standard configuration?

Yes. Every piece is made to order — choose your dimensions, frame configuration, and wood type. There are no catalogue limitations. Submit a quote request from the product page with your exact requirements and we'll build to spec.

Can you match a specific RAL colour?

Yes. Standard powder-coat frame colours are black, blue, green, and purple. We can match any custom RAL colour for an additional charge. Include your RAL code or colour reference in your quote request.

What warranty do Stable products carry?

All Stable products carry a 2-year manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Commercial clients receive dedicated after-sales support with direct contact to our production team.

What is your returns policy?
