Our 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty
All Stable products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
- Structural weld failures
- Powder-coat defects (peeling, flaking, bubbling) under normal use conditions
- Hardware and fastener failures
- Manufacturing dimension errors (product does not match confirmed specifications)
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, overloading beyond stated capacity, or vandalism
- Surface scratches from use or installation
- Wood weathering (natural colour change outdoors over time)
- Damage caused by improper installation by third parties
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email info@stable-eg.com with photos of the defect and your original order reference
- We respond within 2 business days with an assessment
- Confirmed manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced at no charge within 7 days
After-Sales Support
Beyond the warranty period, we offer paid repair and refinishing services for all Stable products. Powder-coat touch-ups, wood replacement, and structural repairs are all available — contact us for a quote.
Care & Maintenance Tips
- Wipe steel frames with a damp cloth periodically to remove dust and salt deposits
- Apply a thin layer of protective wax to steel frames every 6 months in coastal environments
- Treat wood surfaces with outdoor wood oil annually to maintain colour and water resistance
- Store cushions indoors during extended periods of non-use
