The Materials Behind the Order
Carbon Steel Frame
All Stable outdoor furniture is built on carbon steel — not hollow aluminium, not cast iron. Carbon steel gives you the strength-to-weight ratio needed for public and semi-public environments where furniture takes daily punishment. Frames are welded, ground smooth, and prepared for powder coating in a single production run.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
Our powder coat is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven, creating a finish that bonds to the metal rather than sitting on top of it. The result is a surface that resists chipping, UV degradation, and the salt-laden air common in coastal and pool-adjacent installations. Standard colours include matte black, graphite, and forest green — custom RAL colours are available on request.
Wood Slats
Seating and backrest slats are sourced for outdoor durability. Acacia hardwood is our default for benches and tables — it's dense, naturally oil-rich, and performs well in Egypt's climate without constant maintenance. Slats are pre-treated and fitted with stainless steel fasteners to prevent the rust bleed that ruins cheaper assemblies.

Lead Times
Standard lead times for most orders run 3 to 6 weeks from confirmed order, depending on quantity and finish complexity.
